You Drive Me Crazy

I met Ariana in a mental health facility. She was wearing a doctor’s coat and she gave me a weird “prescription.” She told me to avoid falling in love so I would not end up being crazy as the patients there. But I learned that she was not a doctor but, actually, a patient. Nalaman ko rin ang identity niya. Hindi pala siya basta-basta.

Suddenly, I became her travel buddy and surprisingly, a confidant to her. Marami akong natuklasan tungkol sa kanya—mga nakakagulat na sekreto sa kanyang pagkatao at komplikadong buhay na hindi ko inasahang mayroon ang isang gaya niya. Later, I found myself falling in love with her. Sa madaling salita, hindi ko nasunod ang “prescription” niya.

I ended up being crazy, yes. Crazy for her.
